Three sausages from the legendary Czerw smokehouse in the Port Richmond neighborhood of Philly.
Black beans, jalepenos, pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole on corn chips. Choose your own adventure and add pulled pork, chili, or chicken.
First we smoke’em, then we fry’em, then you choose a sauce: buffalo, chipotle, or barbecue!

French Onion Soup
Onions and shallots in beef broth with crouton and Emmental cheese.
Chopped romaine heart, shaved parmesan, and croutons. Add chicken, *salmon, or brisket.
Tossed Arugula, romaine, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, bleu cheese dressing, and a choice of chicken, pulled pork, or brisket.
Spring mix, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bacon, and dijon red wine vinaigrette. Add chicken, pork, *salmon, or brisket for an up charge!

A wood-grilled burger topped with caramelized onions, and your choice of cheddar, bleu, or American cheese.
A wood-fired chicken breast that’s been BBQ sauced, then topped with cheddar cheese and a pickle relish.
Choose between smoked brisket, pulled pork or pulled chicken. Served with queso cheese on a brioche bun.

We put a new spin on a southern staple. Our pickle-brined fried chicken is drizzled with honey, and served with brisket beans, and mac&cheese.

A hand-cut salmon filet cooked on our wood-fired grill, and served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.
Our wood-fired oven turns out delicious pizzas with just that little bit of rustic char at the edges!
