Brisket Poutine

Handcut fries blanketed in smoked brisket brown gravy, topped with cheese curds to beguile your senses.

Brussel Sprouts

Brussels fried and finished with maple syrup and bacon. Served in a cast iron skillet as mimaw intended.

Czerw Sausage Trio

Three sausages from the legendary Czerw smokehouse in the Port Richmond neighborhood of Philly.

Nachos

Black beans, jalepenos, pico de gallo, sour cream, and guacamole on corn chips. Choose your own adventure and add pulled pork, chili, or chicken.

Smoked Wings

First we smoke’em, then we fry’em, then you choose a sauce: buffalo, chipotle, or barbecue!

Beef Chili

Our homestyle chili made with Pennsylvania grass-fed beef, make it a party by adding cheese or chips!

French Onion Soup

Onions and shallots in beef broth with crouton and Emmental cheese.

Caesar Salad

Chopped romaine heart, shaved parmesan, and croutons. Add chicken, *salmon, or brisket.

Brewer’s Salad

Tossed Arugula, romaine, bacon, tomatoes, avocado, bleu cheese dressing, and a choice of chicken, pulled pork, or brisket.

Chef’s Salad

Spring mix, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bacon, and dijon red wine vinaigrette. Add chicken, pork, *salmon, or brisket for an up charge!

Burgers & Sandwiches

All sandwiches served with fries, or a mixed green salad.

*PA Grass Fed Burger

A wood-grilled burger topped with caramelized onions, and your choice of cheddar, bleu, or American cheese.

Grilled Chicken

A wood-fired chicken breast that’s been BBQ sauced, then topped with cheddar cheese and a pickle relish.

BBQ Sandwich

Choose between smoked brisket, pulled pork or pulled chicken. Served with queso cheese on a brioche bun.

*Salmon Sammy

Wood-grilled salmon with caramelized onions, brussels, and a spicy aioli.

Barbeque

Our signature barbeque is served with corn bread, cole slaw, and a choice of mashed potatoes, mac & cheese or brisket beans.

Smoked fresh daily, so.. when it’s gone, it’s gone. Get here early or you wish you had. 

Pulled Pork

Rubbed, smoked, pulled, and piled up on a platter!

St. Louis Ribs

Seasoned with an almost sweet salt and pepper rub, smoked, and cut to order.

Smoked Brisket

A Texas classic, salted, peppered, smoked, and sliced. Silly hat not required, but encouraged.

Backyard Chicken

Brined, smoked, and coated with plain jane BBQ sauce then wood fire grilled! Served with a pickle, coleslaw, and your choice of one of our classic fixin’s!

Fish & Chips

Beer battered cod with hand-cut fries, served with tartar sauce and cole slaw. It’s a pub classic, and we’re nothing if not classy.

Pickle-brined Fried Chicken

We put a new spin on a southern staple. Our pickle-brined fried chicken is drizzled with honey, and served with brisket beans, and mac&cheese.

*Wood Grilled Salmon

A hand-cut salmon filet cooked on our wood-fired grill, and served with mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus.

Wood-fired Pizza

Our wood-fired oven turns out delicious pizzas with just that little bit of rustic char at the edges!

Served after 4 PM except for Friday, Saturday & Sunday. 

Farmstead Mushroom

Sliced portabella mushrooms over mozzarella, cooked and finished with parmesan and an infused herb garlic olive oil. 

Margherita

Classics are classics for a reason. Mozarella, red sauce, and fresh basil.

Mount Kilauea

Putting pineapple on pizza is for rule breakers, so why should our hawaiian be the same as everyone else’s? Pineapple, pulled pork, onion, red sauce, and a BBQ drizzle.

Pitmaster

Fiery and smoky, made with chopped brisket, onions, jalepenos, smoked cheddar, and BBQ sauce.

Salciccia

Smoked sausage, roasted red peppers, onion, red sauce, and mozzarella.

Buffalo Chicken Flatbread

Chicken, buffalo sauce, mozzarella, bleu cheese, bacon & scallions.

Two eggs, cooked how you like them, homefries cooked how we like them, and toast. Add pulled pork, bacon, scrapple, or asparagus. (Or a slice brisket).

A pair of tacos filled with egg, cheese, pico de gallo, and your choice of bacon, sausage or pulled pork.

Chicken & Waffles

Fried chicken on a delicious waffle, drizzled with syrup.

Country Breakfast Burger

An 8 oz Pennsylvania grass fed beef patty, a sunny side up egg and a choice of house smoked smoked bacon or country scrapple, served with homefries.

Dippy Poutine

Two sunny side up eggs topping a mess of homefries, brisket gravy, and cheese curds.
