At the beginning of each month, Sterling Pig will be dropping a small batch brew. This beer will not be in the rotation again so when they’re gone, they’re gone. The final brew in the 2022 series continues the hazy IPA trend! When we thought about the December brew we wanted to do something that embodied the cold of the season with the warmth of a roaring fire. To accomplish this we brought together three flavor profiles: Simcoe hops, Citra hops & Real cinnamon. Simcoe & Citra create a medley of citrus & pine, whilst the pure cinnamon stick brings in a sweeter and spicier delicate flavor, all culminating in a brew that warms the palate.
